The Little Tykes Nursery is available to children birth through four years of age during church services. Parents with nursery age children, along with other volunteers, help care for these little blessings. Our goal is to teach the children the importance of the Word of God and His son Jesus while providing an environment filled with love.  The nursery is available during all service times.

POWER HOUSE KIDZ is the children’s church program at Abundant Life.  This program is for children ages 5-10.  Their moto is “Empowering Kidz for Life”. The desire of this ministry is to teach the Word which will empower our kids to be over-comers in this life.

Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

At Abundant Life your child will be loved and accepted. We believe children are our most valuable resource, they are our future.  Children will participate in awesome praise and worship.  They will participate in skits, plays, games, videos, music, and crafts to learn the Word. When they leave the POWERHOUSE we want them to know someone loves them and that they have God’s power on the inside of them.  This group meets on Sunday morning at 11:00 AM (during Sunday morning worship service).

Brian and Amanda Mickle have been married since 1999 and have two children. Amanda has attended Abundant Life her entire life and Brian began attending when they were dating.

Amanda has always had a heart for the children, babysitting and helping with children’s ministry as a teenager. After the birth of her first child, she felt the Lord calling her to Nursery work. She became Nursery Director and served in that position 5 years.  As the church grew she felt a calling to help in Children’s Church with the 5 and 6 year olds. She did this for 2 years and in May 2009 she became Children’s Church Director.
